The Housekeeping Manager at Hotel Elegance, Vrindavan, is responsible for overseeing all aspects of housekeeping operations, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, guest satisfaction, and efficient workflow. The manager will lead, train, and manage the housekeeping staff, coordinate with other departments, and maintain inventory levels and supplies.

Role and Responsibility
  • Management and Supervision: Lead and supervise the housekeeping team, including housekeepers, laundry attendants, and public area attendants. Schedule and allocate tasks to ensure efficient and effective coverage. Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to standards
  • Training and Development: Train new staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and customer service. Conduct ongoing training sessions to improve skills and maintain high performance.
  • Quality Control: Quality Control: Implement and maintain housekeeping standards and procedures. Address and resolve guest complaints and issues promptly and effectively. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with hotel standards.
  • Inventory and Supplies: Manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies, linens, and guest amenities. Place orders for supplies and equipment as needed, ensuring cost-effective purchasing. Conduct regular inventory checks and control usage to prevent waste
  • Coordination and Communication: Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction. Communicate effectively with the front desk, maintenance, and other relevant departments.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Implement and monitor safety procedures for housekeeping staff.
  • Budget Management: Assist in the development and management of the housekeeping budget. Monitor expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
